We want to get you online and keep you happy. Here is exactly what we stand behind, and the one place we cannot offer a refund.

Websites: 30-day money-back guarantee

If your Herosite website is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will give your money back. No hoops and no sales pitch. Just fill out our refund request form and we will take it from there.

One exception: if your plan included a domain name at no extra charge, the cost of registering that domain is not refundable. A domain is a real cost we pay to the registrar, and the domain stays yours to keep until it expires. So in that case your refund is what you paid minus the cost of the domain.

When a website refund is processed, your Herosite site and hosting end. Your domain remains yours.

Logos: final once delivered

Logos work differently. The moment we generate your logo, you receive the finished, ready-to-use files, and they are yours to download and keep right away. Because a logo is delivered and yours the instant it is made, logo purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
